We look for the root of the imbalance and partner with you in correcting it. We are locate in the NoCo business district in Norfolk, at the corner of Colley and 45th Street, on the second floor of the historic Brock & Company.

Jill Eisenbeiss Broach grew up in Norfolk and attended Norfolk Academy. She has a B.A. in Art history from ODU and a Masters in Acupuncture from MIUH. Her training is based on the 5-element model of acupuncture, a tradition that is grounded in nature.
For those who suffer from arthritis, even simple everyday tasks can be painful. Joint pain and other symptoms make daily life a struggle and finding relief from the pain is often a very difficult task. But by introducing acupuncture and other Traditional Chinese Medicine into your treatment plan, arthritis pain can be greatly reduced, allowing you to more freely enjoy an active and engaging lifestyle.
Acupuncture is often used for the relief of the side effects caused by traditional cancer treatments. This group of diseases is characterized by cells reproducing abnormally in a way that eventually damages or kills healthy tissue. Depending on the stage of cancer and when it is caught, traditional treatments vary and can range from surgery to radiation therapy.
What to expect? Your first visit requires approximately an hour. During this time you will have an opportunity to speak at length about your health concerns. Your practitioner will do an intensive intake interview covering your medical and social histories as well as a review of your systems. After this, a physical exam will take place, as well as an akabane (heat) treatment.
Massage is the application of soft-tissue manipulation to the body, generally intended to reduce stress and fatigue while improving circulation. Massage is recommended by many in the medical community to treat headaches, insomnia, digestive disorders, arthritis, asthma, carpal tunnel syndrome, minor aches and pains as well as deep tissue damage.

My incredibly pregnant wife scheduled an acupuncture appointment after trying just about everything else to get the baby to come out. She was having trouble walking and couldn't sit without pain anymore thanks to a subluxation in her pelvis from the pregnancy and from a really low baby. Jill took care of her and got her in that same day. The baby came that evening and the labor was less than 4 hours. Maybe the baby would've come anyway (he was over 8 pounds!) but either way, Jill was great and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the practice and try acupuncture!!

I recently visited for acupuncture for my back, which I had injured. (Note: the pictures here may not be correct - it's on the second floor of the white house on North Colley.) The first treatment reduced my pain level significantly several hours after, and the next day. My follow-up has made the pain almost gone on the same day, and returned my full range of motion. She was able to get me in quickly, is professional, and adjusts treatment as needed. It's a bit pricey for me to access regularly, but so is 'traditional' Western medicine that my insurance will cover, but not fix

I get massages here from Brack when I'm feeling out of whack, and he is incredible. He takes extra time to be careful, show some stretches, etc. The space is cozy and relaxing. All the staff are friendly. Greatest massages in the area for sure.

This is a small place that offers a variety of services including accupuncture, massage therapy, and some skincare services. I am only familiar with the massage therapy aspect of this business. FIrst off, the facility is clean, quiet, and peaceful and it is located directly across the street from Walgreens. All staff that I have encountered have been friendly, pleasant, and professional. I have been treated by three different massage therapists here and all three have been at minimum very good. SInce each person's preferences for what they want in a massage are subjective, you may want to
