Susie was an exceptional realtor. She was patient, always prompt to reply, and very adept at sharing her opinion, without being overly pushy. She also was highly perceptive such that she didn’t waste our time with listings that weren’t a good match. Always answered our questions honestly and with careful consideration. In a very busy real estate market, she proved an outstanding advisor. Definitely would use her again, and highly recommend her.

Susie was just the best to work with! She helped us both when we were buying our first home and then again when we sold it. When we were buying our home, she was so sweet to walk us through everything and was always available for any questions we had. When we sold it, we had already moved out of state and she made the process beyond simple and stress free. I would work with Susie 100x over if/when we are back in the beautiful state of CO and cant recommend her enough!!

Susie helped my wife and I buy a condo in Breckenrdige and then sell it a few years later when life took us in a different direction. I have worked with several realtors and never have felt as comfortable as I did with Susie. We live in Missouri and Susie helped us find a second home in Summit County. She is knowledgeable, professional, honest, and extremely pleasant to work with. She always answered our email and phone questions promptly and thoroughly. We always felt that she was looking after our best interests.
