Well I have been a patient of this doctor's office since I was a child. I haven't been to the doctor in around 2 years because I have not gotten sick. So when I finally get sick and decide that I would like to go to the doctor or make an appointment, they won't take me back because I'm not going there regularly within a year and decide that I am not worth prescribing medication for and decide that I should just go to the emergency room instead. It's saddens me because several of the doctors here are quite friendly and have always treated my symptoms quickly and efficiently. I might have to look

Dr. Figy is the best doctor in the area! He is knowledgeable, understanding, kind, and easy to talk to. I never feel rushed when I am with him because he always takes time to listen. Dr. Figy's nurse, Kim, is excellent as well! HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone looking for a physician who truly cares about you and your health.

The office staff is unhelpful and the office "policies" are ridiculous. If you don't consistently go to this office annually then you will be treated as a new patient. There's a reason they can get you in next day - no one wants to go there. I completely understand updating information and most providers do this annually anyway - but make start out as a new patient is silly. My insurance changes annually so if you want to verify I'm still using a network you are contracted with then you should treat me as new every year by those standards. People also have non-network benefits so acting like I

I was referred by a friend to Mary Barmann about 20 yrs ago. Dr Barmann has seen me through all kinds of health issues and I trust her. When you're with her, she gives you all her attention and time. This may cause you to wait beyond your appointed time bc I'm sure she's that way with everyone. I don't remember ever having concerns with the office staff or procedures. If I call in for refills, or a new scrip is sent to pharmacy, they are usually relayed within a few hrs. I've had to wait on occasion. I have seen the other docs for non 911 but urgent needs on Dr Barmann's day off. They were friendly

I used to really hate Springforest after some bad experiences with Dr. Baldwin and their staff, but I've recently had really great experiences with Dr. Barmann. She is patient, actually listens to you and doesn't try to rush you. She's actually really awesome. My visit today was really great and the LPN who did the initial check in was really nice as well. They even offered to fax some paperwork to insurance for me so I didn't have to (even though the papers said it was my responsibility to make sure the paperwork made it there). They did it right then and showed me that it went through. Everyone

I would not even give this practice a 1 start if I had the choice of giving them a negative.
I have had Paramount Preferred Choice by my Employer, over a month ago I did all the necessary paper work over the phone, including giving my insurance card information. Here it is 5 hours before my appointment and since I have not heard from the office , Dr Mary Baldwin, I decided to call to verify the appointment. the "rude and shortly abrupt" woman said my appointment was cancelled. No one called to me to tell me and their reason is that I have Paramount Advantage, I do not have Paramount Advantage

Zero stars (but it won't let me submit without clicking at least one star)! Dr. Baldwin is TERRIBLE! She's mean, won't listen and there are sometimes long waits. I told her we were going to try to get pregnant. She didn't say a word about the medicines I was on. I asked her if it was okay to get pregnant on them (specifically one of them). Her response was "I'm sure it'll be fine." I said, well, my previous doctor told me not to get pregnant on it. She said, "Oh, I'll go check on it." She comes back and says that drug has been known to cause birth defects so I should stop taking it. I asked if
