Lake Mills Veterinary Clinic is proud to serve the Lake Mills WI area for everything pet related. Our veterinary clinic and animal hospital is run by William Stork, who is a licensed, experienced veterinarian. Our team is committed to helping our clients keep your pets healthy year round, with good nutrition and exercise.
We have the ability to produce quick and accurate blood results when your pet is sick by using our in-house blood chemistry and complete blood count analyzers. The results can indicate if your pet has metabolic diseases such as kidney, liver disease, or if your pet is anemic or has an infection. Our in-house laboratory is used to perform urinalysis, cytologies and parasite testing.
To schedule an appointment, please call us at 920-648-2421. As a new client, establishing the doctor patient relationship is a critical part of providing the best care for your pet. This first appointment, depending on your pet's health and the services required, should take approximately 40 minutes.
1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card. 3. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. Lake Mills Veterinary Clinic understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program.
Once you're there, just register as a user to place orders. Please note: Anyone can shop our veterinary store, but only current clients with existing prescriptions can order prescription products. I cannot recommend this place enough. Dr. Stork is unparalleled in his knowledge for your four-legged best friend. After having a poor experience at another provider, we found our way to Dr. Stork who helped diagnose our former Golden’s cancer. Though the cancer had progressed too far by the time we found him, we won’t take our current dogs anywhere else now. We have since moved out of Lake Mills and drive over an hour to see him because no other vet compares.

I moved to Lake Mills a little over a year ago and kept my previous vet until recently because its hard to find a vet when you are in the middle of a pandemic. That being said I couldn't be happier with the service and calm friendly atmosphere you guys have especially when I have such a nervous dog.

Our Family has used Dr Stork and his staff for as long as I can remember. They treat us like their own family our fur babies are treated like their own own babies. The entire staff smiles and is very knowledgeable. We had a tough day as a family today and had to put down our littlest kitty. They answered every question and went above and beyond in the care of our baby. I cannot thank Dr Stork and his staff enough for there compassion and care for my animals.
