Cam Packaging provides a wide range of thin gauge plastic thermoforming services, specializing in food containers as well as plastic containers for automotive and retail packaging. Cam offers a full line-up of stock food packaging as well as custom packaging design, prototyping and production. We also offer "outsourcing" or "contract manufacturing" services that give other packaging companies the ability to increase their production capacity.

Cam Packaging is SQF certified and has met the requirements of the AIB International Consolidated Standards for a Food Contact Packaging Manufacturing Facility. Our facility is spotless, well lit, and very safe. With decades of experience in the thermoforming industry, we have the expertise to exceed customer expectations.
Services
Cam is not a new company. We are rolling out our sixth year. We are entrenched in packaging. Cam was founded by our president Joe Oberloier, who cut his teeth in the industry sweeping floors and working at Lyle Industries. Joe then moved to Minneapolis to work at the startup, Ultra Pac, in 1987. He then founded Packaging Direct in 1995, which is still in operation and owned by D&W Fine Pack.
Cam Packaging offers outsourcing, custom thermoforming, tooling trials, labeling, and warehousing/shipping services. It's our goal to help solve short-term capacity issues while also partnering with you on long-term projects with products that you no longer want to run in your facility. Cam Packaging has the expertise to help design a part or tray for you.
