Cannot say enough about Copper Canyon Curtis Whitney and all the staff left us with the feeling of Family... They dropped whatever they had going made the experience feel like a weekend vacation in MONTANA.
They helped in every aspect from where to Stay, where to eat, loading the bike and incoming weather conditions..

Absolutely no help. Drove an hour to see what they had in inventory. Walked inside, no one asked if we needed help. Walked outside and looked at the bikes and thought someone would come see if we had questions. No one came so we went in the garage and the mechanic finally pointed to the bikes they had for sale and left. We started 3 different bikes and still no one came so help so we left.

I had a breakdown on a cross country road trip and ended up at Copper Canyon.. The service guys: David the manager, Corey, and Michael went out of their way to get me back on the road. When another dealer failed to ship the parts promised, they did superman level stuff to get the parts, and fix my bike even staying past "quitting time" I think the owners/management could learn a thing or two from the service department

By far the best harley shop in the northwest. Always treat you like family and go out of their way to squeeze in service work on short notice. Always professional work. Salesman went and dug up a dog bowl for my pup when she was looking hot waiting for service work. CCHD is the best. Bought my last bike there and will get the next one there guaranteed.

Tried to get some work done at another dealership where I bought my bike 2 months ago. Was told there was no way to get me in for a few weeks. Called up here, and not only did they fit me in for the same day, I was also able to have an important 20k service done as well. These guys have the HD Family feel to them. You don't feel like they are trying to nickel and dime you like some other places.
Not only will I continue all my services here, but I will buy my next bike here as well.
