J.W. Fleming, Inc. was founded in 1986 as a one-man operation that provided parking lot sweeping. Today, our operation includes a variety of sweeping services, asphalt maintenance, asphalt paving, BOSS snowplow distributorship, and a truck upfitting division.

We have been getting our snow plowing equiptment and service from JW fleming for the last 8-10 years now. Steve, Danielle, and there team of guys do a great job. They are very quick and dependable. There prices are very fair. Being a snow plow contractor I am very thankful to have them in our area to work on our stuff. Do yourself a favor and check them out. Thanks for the great work!
