Shawn, Nick, Heather and the entire Knapps team are so amazingly professional, detail-oriented, HIGHLY ORGANIZED, and have exceptional communication. Knapp Business Solutions is not only very professional but are responsive to the human side of things related to taxes. Shawn Nelson, has worked with me from day 1 to understand how much and why I owed what I did in taxes. After over 30 years of preparing my own taxes, I found that in attempting to prepare our 2020 taxes, I had swatted a hornet's nest! I showed us not only owing for the first time in my experience, but owing nearly $7500! I didn't file it with the results that I came up with. This is the second year that my husband and I used KBS for tax purposes and they are phenomenal! Jasmine is amazing and answered all of our questions promptly and went the extra mile for us. The video they give that explains your return is very easy to understand which is very helpful when taxes are not always easily understood. We will definitely continue to use them in the future!

I was a little surprised at the cost. However what they offer is well beyond just a tax return. With my tax situation they were able to provide help with my IRS notice, help to correct my mistake on my previous return and even help to maximize my return. Their customer service is above and beyond. I found them through Dave Ramsey. Talked to Ced who helped to relieve my stress as he explained their approach. They will help adjust my withholding through my tax return. They have even been able to advise on some new things for this year. They even helped with recommending a good business structure

I wouldn't choose or recommend Knapp Business Solutions. I was introduced to them through Dave Ramsey ELP program. I signed up online for a consultation (150.00) down. While professional on the phone initially after our consultation I was informed that my services would be between 800-900$. After taking a big breath and knowing that my situation has never warranted a 900$ service for taxes, I said I'll be taking my business elsewhere and would like a refund. I was told by Ced that he would have to talk to the owners, new tax laws where put into place and they were in the middle of a busy

We have used Knapp for nearly 1 year and could not be much more pleased. They are busy, so while we don't get spoiled they do respond VERY thuroughly most times and within a reasonable time-frame. They have been supportive and detailed in their review of how we do things and VERY helpful in planning for future decisions. We have worked with over 4 other "tax professionals" and the others could not have been less helpful in comparison. Additionally Knapp has been gracious and humble in how they approach service for us which is ALSO better than my previous experiences in this industry
