Price Rite Drug was founded by Mr. Ed Harrington R.Ph. in 1972. The original location was in Belgrade, MT, followed by an expansion in 1985 to Bozeman. In 1998 the Belgrade store was closed, but the Bozeman store underwent remodeling and was turned into a jointly-operated space with Van's IGA. In 2002, the medical equipment department of Price Rite Drug expanded and relocated to the south side of the building.
Our priority is to provide the most efficient, satisfying Bozeman pharmacy service available in the Gallatin Valley. Our new, expanded space offers room for our additional pharmaceutical services, including compounding and prescription refills. Called for an estimate about a rental being delivered and was told, "why don't you call the delivery driver". How would I have the drivers phone number? When did I start working for you? Delivery was 5 hours late and the equipment delivered was broken and in a state of disrepair. The company delivered a broken bed to an ailing family member. A bed without side rails. A bed without proper support brackets. A bed with a failing motor and connections. I fixed the wiring issues myself and we had to literally support the bed frame with an automotive jack and build support rails out of wood. No joke. Not only were they unable to correct the issues, they also were unable to do so much as keep contact with us and update us about the repairs and much needed additional equipment. I can’t say enough good things about this place! I was on vacation and somehow forgot to grab the power cord for my cpap. Needless to say it was not helping to make my vacation any better for sure. Please take the time to read this as Price Rite has been incredible for us. A year ago my wife was diagnosed with ALS. At that time she was still walking but is now in a power chair. Randy and Price Rite have gone above and beyond to help us in so many different ways and I really mean it! Randy and his team will do everything they can to help you. He has given us hours of his time over this past year and has always looked for ways to continue to help beyond our equipment needs. I have always had good experiences here, they have been my pharmacy for 10 years now. I was recently in a car accident and they delivered my electric bed yesterday. The young lady who delivered and set up the bed was most helpful and went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was comfortable and happy with the bed. I wish I could remember her name! My name is Julie and I have been a Price Rite customer for 20 years and recently bought another power chair from Price Rite. Randy and Denise, the physical therapist that he works with, are very good at what they do and they really went the extra mile to make sure the chair was just right and that I was comfortable in it. They spend hours making sure the fit is good and that every scenario that could be a possible problem is addressed so it isn’t one! There is lots of laughter throughout the process and it’s such a friendly atmosphere!

Getting fitted for and ordering a new wheelchair has been a hassle for me in the past but the folks at Price Rite made it such a smooth process. The owner Randy and his staff know what they are doing and always have the customers best interest in mind. Oh, and they have a great beer and wine selection downstairs too.

Called the pharmacy to see if they took my insurance. The technician wouldn't let me get an entire sentence out of my mouth before interrupting me. Every question I ask was interrupted before I had the chance to ask. Refused to check to see if they could take my insurance. Here is a recommendation for your next staff training, pause and listen. We could have gotten through our phone call much faster if she would have stopped cutting me off every time I started to speak. Oh, I went somewhere else to fill my prescription, as I would recommend to everyone else.

I would give Randy and the staff of Price Rite 10 stars if I could. Randy is a wealth of knowledge, has a ton of experience, and is extremely personable. Upon meeting him for the first time you feel as though you are working with someone that you have known your whole life that is really looking out for you. Michelle was wonderful and so gracious and understanding when my family was in need. All of the staff were wonderful! I would highly recommend Price Right. A family member needed to use an expensive continuous oxygen tank for 24 hrs before she left for the airport because of trouble breathing. Pricerite Drug is THE friendliest, most efficient, and fastest pharmacy in town. Erin, the compounding pharmacist, is amazing and genuinely cares; she always asks customers how they are and tries to think up innovative ways to help.
