While we began years ago as Space Coast Condominiums Association, providing educational services to condominium associations and their boards of administration, we have expanded our horizon over the years to welcome home owners', cooperative, and time share associations too. The number of our common interest ownership housing association members has grown to represent approximately 19,000 residential units.
Therefore we are now known as Space Coast Communities Association. We also include among our members many businesses, mostly Brevard county small businesses, that provide goods and services to our common interest ownership housing association members. We hope to continue building on our heritage of service to all Central Florida common interest ownership communities.

The SCCA Business Directory lists all active SCCA Business Associate Members, including contact information and a short description of what each provides. All active Association Members and Individual Associate Members are listed in the back. SCCA provides a printed copy of the directory to active members in the Spring and in the Fall.
SCCA Sponsors a Trade Show every Spring where our Association Members and their guests can meet our Business Associate Members and find out about all the latest products and services available to common interest ownership housing communities. NOTE: The well-being of our members and friends is a top priority at SCCA.
Here are some non-SCCA events that we think might be of interest to our association members. The list begins with Board Member Certification Classes, followed by Other Events, which includes other scheduled classes and watch now/anytime classes. If you are planning to serve on your homeowner association board, you probably know that you will need to comply with Florida's certification requirements within 90 days of being elected.
The Southeast Florida Chapter of CAI is assisting with the collection efforts for those affected by the events at Champlain Towers South in Surfside. The Coral Gables Community Foundation, the Miami Foundation, and the Key Biscayne Community Foundation are asking Miami-Dade County residents to contribute to The Surfside Hardship Fund.
