If caught in time a windshield repair can be done as long as the damage is not in the drivers line of vision and the damaged area can fit under a quarter. My wife used them to replace a windshield so I could get inspected. We had to wait a week which is understandable. We dropped it at a local garage for the install because of the weather. They installed it and got my truck inspected. All was good until the following day I noticed a crack starting from under the molding no chips are visable.. we. Called and told them what the issue is and they said the would come by my house to look at it on Thursday. My wife canceled her appointments for the day to accommodate their schedule and they never showed up. So now the crack has spread up Into the drivers

After many folks had recommended this Auto Glass replacement shop (our insurance agent included) we decided to go with them. A few phone calls later I was able to get in touch. First, they ordered the incorrect glass because they had the incorrect year for our vehicle. The receptionist said that "she didn't know what happened" but when I reminded her that the Insurance agent verified the information with us both on the phone during the three way call to submit the claim she then stated it was her fault because "actually she wasn't really paying attention". First place that ever installed a windshield for me that did not leak! Excellent prices, and quality of glass(i've had windshields before from other companies that distorted you view, really poor quality) I don't think you can beat crash's customer service, quality or their communication with you.
