This review is not specific to the entire crew at this office, just one of them. Instead of responding to an inquiry professionally, this realtor was sarcastic, nasty and utterly unprofessionally. I'm hopeful his toxicity is isolated. Please, if you are going to be in a public contact role, take a communication class or something, especially as the person you were communicating with is a potential customer. Thanks!
