So far so good. Our room is a handicap on 2nd floor but elevator is right there. Very well appointed room. They do NOT give refunds so we just have to let them know each day that we are staying. That way if there's a reason you need to leave immediately you're covered. The people at the front desk are very, very nice. The only downfall( no fault of the motel ) they don't clean rooms until you leave but if you put used towels and trash can outside room door they will put new liner in can and new towels in the bathroom. At least there's some service.

This place is terrible... The fairgrounds was hosting the Red Power Roundup. I had called one year ahead of the event to get reservations. My dad has knee problems and needed a room on the first floor OR close to an elevator. We arrive and he goes in to get the room and comes out and says that the elevator is broke and they put us on the 2nd floor. I immediately went in to talk to the lady working the front desk. She said that all the first floor rooms was taken and that she could not arrange for us to have a first floor room. The only choice we had was to get a refund....so I went out to discuss

Poorly managed hotel. I tried to obtain a quote on a block of twenty rooms, the manager never called me back. Called back the following week, the assistant was rude and very unprofessional. Instead of trying to sell rooms they were more concerned that I was trying to over inflate how many rooms I needed to obtain a discount.

Please be aware: I had gotten out of the shower and went to the bed and saw a bed bud crawling across the pillow. It was large...so I am sure it had lots of babies. Needless to say I got out of there ASAP. We were issued a refund so that was nice of the front desk clerk. Under the bed had clearly not been vacuumed, as there was cereal under there and dust and it was just overall very gross. Smelled like smoke all throughout the hallways. I recommend you find somewhere else to stay.

I was there in September, 2019. It is well managed, clean and silent hotel. Nice big and clean rooms. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Big enough breakfast area. My kids loves Swimming pool and gym area. Great location. It is situated next to Fairgrounds. So if you go for fair, This is the ideal place to live. I had pre booked for next year, because it is always in no room status. I suggest you to take prior booking during events. Hotel has well trained kind hearted staff. They are so polite and efficient. Ready to help you anytime.

Service is very poor. Ice machine does not work, guests washing machine has been broken for months. The help are of little or no help, when asked if they had coffee the Clerk just said she didn't know. She was more interested in her computer. Not one of the best places to stay. Next time I will use Super 8
