Dr. Jack and Dr. Aaron are so incredible! I had a car accident and was having such severe neck and shoulder pain with numbness and tingling down my arm. Thank you so much to both for the amazing work they've done for me so far and continue to do! I feel so much more hopeful that I will be able to heal from this injury. I've had back pain for over 10 years and done so many different approaches to taking care of it.
Dr Jack has been the first chiropractor to take a completely different approach - a variety of tests, exams, and x-rays - none of which any other had done before!
The office space is well-kept and clean! The staff here is wonderful - even my kids love coming to the office.

Update: I've been going to Dr. Jeneka for about 2 1/2-3 months now and I cannot express my gratitude toward Dr. Jeneka and everyone there. I was in so much pain and discomfort and I didn't even realize until I started to feel "normal/healthy". She helped me with eating better too and over all my health has improved so much! Started out well until this place decided to stop my wife's treatment only because she told her primary care doctor that she still has pain. Newsflash!! When you're being treated, there will be days when you feel better and days when you're still in pain.
She's not even halfway through the 16 weeks of your prescribed treatment plan yet somehow she is not allowed to feel pain anymore? Did you want her to tell her primary care doctor she's a 100% even when she's not? You showed an extreme lack of empathy and sympathy towards a patient who was desperately looking for

Being a patient of doctor Jack for 5 years I have never been disappointed. He is not only a talented, enthusiastic, intelligent, and creative doctor. He is a magician. And he is a nice, sweet, kind, and understanding person who feels your pain and does the impossible to help you. You can trust him. It's unbelievable how he can fix the problems which you even don't expect to be fixed by a chiropractor. I wish we could have more doctors like him. I just pray he would never move from Reno.And all the staff there is very nice, greeting and high professional.

I've been frequenting this place for upper cervical adjustments for over two years now and won't go anywhere else as long as Dr Jack is there. Office staff are amazing and work with me to schedule and often reschedule appointments as I travel from Fallon and can't always drive myself.

I have been seeing Dr. Jack for a little over a year for an arthritic hip that is uncomfortable at best and painful at worst. Dr. Jack has helped me tremendously and has been able to relieve my hip pain when I do too much lifting or play too much golf. The regular maintenance visits have been essential for me and his advice for my own self-maintenance has been extremely beneficial. I highly recommend Dr. Jack and this office for all forms of chiropractic care!

I can't say enough amazing things about this practice! Dr. Jack has such an amazing attitude and is always so eager to listen and help his patients. His knowledge and willingness to take the time to explain his care is above and beyond. I've seen Dr. Jack multiple times for plantar fasciitis and just recently when I strained my lower back really bad. If it wasn't for Dr. Jack helping me get back into alignment, I wouldn't be where I am today. I couldn't recommend this practice more! Dr. Jack not only does spinal adjustments but also can adjust extremities!

This place is GREAT!!! The office is so nice and clean. All staff are so nice and friendly. Dr. Jack and Dr. Rachel really listen to your concerns and do the best they can to help. I highly recommend Family First Chiropractic to everyone. They are great with kids, and have a nice little play area for them.

Today I went in for my first appointment with Dr. Rachel. I am so impressed with the kindness and the professionalism of this office. They did multiple test on me that I didn't even know existed for my back and pain levels. The technology of this office is awesome! I felt very comfortable, safe, and the staff really knows what they are doing. No adjustment today-- I will go back on Wednesday after they review tests and x-rays. (I was originally bummed that I didn't get adjusted but in the end they are making sure whatever is "wrong" with me they can help and correct it. They

I had been putting a chiropractor visit off for a long time before I was referred to Dr. Rachel by two friends and decided finally decided to go in. The first time I went I wasn't able to get adjusted because they needed to make sure this was something that would really benefit me which made me feel like they really knew what they were doing. After many simple tests and some x-rays I made my next appointment to go over the x-rays with Dr. Rachel and get adjusted.
