We are a locally owned and operated PC/Mac/General Electronics repair center lead by our founder, Roy Lord, a disabled Combat Veteran of 22 years, that also deals in services and sales. With two store front locations including Colfax & Pullman WA. We cover the Palouse Region and offer the friendliest, best priced, and most honorable work around.

We love our customers and welcome your feedback and suggestions. Leave a review on Google, or email us to tell us what we're doing right or what we can improve on. Below average McDonald's. Sausage biscuit was over microwaved and chewie one day, hash browns cold on the other day. Very very good. Very quick turn around time, reasonable prices, excellent results.
Services
Owner and manager Roy Lord, along with his staff, is here to assist you with any and all technical issues. We are experienced as well as devoted to new technology available. We, at Palouse Hills Computing, work on about any and everything technologically related.

We do all the standard services that you would expect out of a PC repair shop (Hardware Diag, Software Repair, Virus Removal, etc.) but we are not limited to just the same old criteria as other shops. We like to state that we are intuitively inclined to understanding and fixing new technologies available as well as having over 30 years experience with computers and technology in general.
A: If we're working in our shop, the default rate is $80 per hour, and if we're working on-site, the rate is $120 per hour. However, being reality-based, our prices may vary depending on the task being worked on. A: Yes we do! We even do work on Microsoft Surfaces, however due to their fickle nature we recommend ensuring that you go through your warranty first if possible.
Here's a list of our general pricing. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. This quick diagnostic fee is waived in lieu of having us go forth with the labor to fix the issue. If you are a business looking for professional networking service and/or onsite assistance for general tech issues please give us a call and ask for our owner, Roy Lord, to schedule and get a quote.

I started a new job working from home, and needed help setting up my monitors, etc. They were great! They responded to my inquiry almost immediately and offered to come the same day. He was on time, quick and knew what he was doing. I definitely recommend PHC and will use them again if I ever need help!

My laptop just shut down right after my class and it was not turning back on. I went to their store and they went above and beyond with working on my laptop. It turned out it was a small software issue but Kyle checked my hard drive and so much more. They were very friendly and tentative. Keep up the good work guys.

My first experience here was wonderful, Grant (who no longer works there) was really knowledgeable and kind and fixed my broken laptop for a good price. But when I brought in my broken desktop looking to get the motherboard replaced, they convinced me to copy my hard drives to a very similar, older desktop the owner had laying around that did have a working motherboard (XPS 8700 i5 to an XPS 8300 i7) The data transfer, Windows 10 installation, and labor ran me for about $180. They owner sold me the older desktop for a cheap price and said I could keep and use the one I brought in for parts, I was

First, I want to comment on the fact that this is single handedly the best display of customer service I have ever encountered from any industry I've been a client of. To begin, not only did they diagnose my laptops issues the same day I went down there, but they had it fixed the next day. I truly feel as though this company trys its absolute best to save its customers money whenever they possibly can, without cutting any corners on their quality of work. Lastly, although the repair was speedy, about a week after my laptop began to display the same error messages as before... this cause immense

My 5 year old laptop wasn't booting up, and after trying and failing to google solutions and fix it myself I finally decided to let a professional handle it. These guys do great work! My computer had a software issue that was easily resolved and I didn't lose any of my files. He even cleaned my keyboard (which I'm slightly embarrassed about, it was super gross) and soldered a loose connection. Best part was that it cost me less than $100. My only complaint was that it took over a week to finish, but I also told them upfront that I wasn't in a rush and they were pretty busy at the time. I couldn
