I have a vinyl-wrapped vehicle, so handwashing is the way to go - it's the best way to preserve a finish. Aqua Cville does a beautiful job with their detail services - my car comes out looking brand new! I recently took in my mother-in-law's car, which was quite a mess - years of grime, clear signs that a coffee had overturned at some point on the console between the seats, dull finish. I couldn't believe the results when I picked it up - simply stunning! And no trace of that coffee spill. I was really excited to get my vehicle serviced at your facility. This is my second time using your facility and I was not totally satisfied. I really appreciate your employees trying to accommodate me, but they failed to deliver multiple key aspects. I really wanted the sealant for my vehicle and the leather seats to be air pressure blown because there was lint and other debris inside the little holes in the seats. Hands down the BEST car wash spot in Charlottesville! They are so professional and do a fantastic job. I got the interior and exterior of my car deep cleaned by them. When I pulled up, I was treated with respect and kindness and immediately helped! Once my car was done, they showed me all they did and made sure I was satisfied. My car has NEVER looked better. Also, the waiting area inside is so clean and comfortable. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I have been taking both of our cars to Aqua Cville for more than a year and could not be more pleased with how well they clean our cars. Their staff is professional and friendly and their detailing services are excellent. One added bonus is that you can walk right over to Bodos while they clean your car!

I had a highly rated Mobil detail company run two hours late and than just never ended up showing up. I called aqua and they were able to get me right in. My SUV was in rough shape from my dog and moving. The entire experience was amazing. From the customer service with Jeff to the absolute immaculate condition I found my vehicle to be in upon completion. They have earned all my future business no question!!

This is my second time with Aqua Cville Hand Car Wash. I think their customer service is great and I think they have a cute business. I love that it's a family and business and really try to go out of my way to support local businesses. The first time I tried them they did not vacuum out my trunk and did not fill up my tires with air after I had requested it. I did notice the trunk before I left and they happily vacuumed it out before I left, but had to make another trip to get my tires filled with air elsewhere which was inconvenient. We bought the ultimate package for 2 of our Ford Transit vans that we use all the time for tours! Aqua Cville Hand Car Wash is the only way to go!! They are extremely helpful, professional, detail oriented and very reasonable priced for the service they provide! TLDR - great wash and detail but after 3.5 hours (and 300 dollars), it wasn't complete.

A sunny Saturday in Cville means a busy day at the car wash. As noted on my previous review, be prepared for a little wait, but the extra time is worth it. A properly washed car takes a little extra time. You can always run across the street to Bodos while you wait. No complaints here...great job as usual!

Went off a random google search for my first detailing, but I was not disappointed! Everything was reasonably priced, and I loved the outcome! If you go on their website you can book an appointment and choose the level of detail/wash you want. I have a Large Vehicle (Chevy Tahoe) according to the website and with everything added up (basic detail and buff) it was under $250! There is also a service where they can help buff out surface level scratches for $25/panel. The leather is cleaned inside with an oily leather cleaner, so give it time to dry before touching. I have never had my car detailed before but after discovering a water leak in my car that had caused mold/mildew to grow, I decided to try them out. They were amazing! All the mold is completely gone and my car is spotless. So incredibly impressed and will definitely come back when my car needs it. Took my wife's Corolla, in for a cleaning, they were pretty busy for a Saturday afternoon. Took just an hour for the basic service. Wash/dry, inside vac and wipe down which included the trunk area. Since they did an outstanding job on her car I'm taking my Highlander in for the Deluxe service. I hope I can hold off until March!

Brought my SUV by to Aqua Cville for a Complete+Plus detail (the mid-level package) and was not disappointed. My car was pretty dirty coming in, with some mud all over the rear and lots of dirt and dust throughout the interior. After about 4 hours, I came back to a car that looked and smelled brand spanking new. There were some things that they couldn't clean/address due to some previous damage, but offered to do some of those things next time if I let them know ahead of time.

We love these guys. At first we thought it would be outta our price range but... it's super close, they do great work, and they are nice people. Also, who doesn't just loooove a super clean car?

Take my advice: hijack a loved one's car and bring it to Aqua Cville. You'll make their day and get like 347 brownie points. (They also have gift cards but that ruins the surprise factor)
