We are GAF certified serving all of South Central PA and Northern MD. Pay attention to any pipes or ductwork pulling away from mounts on the ceilings. A sagging roof shifts the angles of the roof's slope, which creates excessive downward force that can cause pipes and conduits to move as collapse threatens.

Several of our neighbors had hail damage to their roofs, so we contacted Len Bosse to inspect our roof. Based on his evaluation, we contacted our insurance company and they agreed that the roof should be replaced due to the damage. We selected Bosse Home Improvements to replace our roof and they did an outstanding job, finishing the job in just over a day.

We called Bosse Home Improvements to help us install a wood stove and to do the roofing and piping that goes along with it!
Of course it was during an arctic tundra with nothing less then ice and snow....but it didn't stop Len!
He did a fantastic job and and it looks great! We are warm now! 😊
He is willing to do whatever it takes to complete a job the right way!

We needed our roof repaired after years and years of weathered damaged. We waited until we couldn't wait any longer scared of the expense. I'm very pleased to say that we found a great roof repair company in Hanover PA that offered excellent and affordable services. I will be using them for any roof maintenance in the future for sure!!!
