I've actually never had any issues with the office staff any time I've needed anything.
Thank you for all you do, and especially Keith for being such an amazing specialist.

While I have all the love for the practicing professionals here, the secretary should be fired. Even when I was attending as a child she'd frequently claim to have contacted the people we asked her to, only to find out a month later that she hasn't done it.
This has continued into my young adulthood where this same secretary has claimed to contacted a certain psychiatrist for papers I need for DISABILITY, and she hasn't done it. I have stressed that for me this is a matter of not living on the streets and having access to healthcare, and she still hasn't done it. Genuinely garbage secretary who

Great staff on board except for the front office workers. Refuses access for my mental health records (which is something that is free) unless I spend several hundred dollars out of pocket for an appointment and sign back on with the office.
Doesn't return calls (even when promising to return them for the literal sixth time), often doesn't pick up phone, is rude and condescending to customers, and consistently says she'll do something and then wait several months to do it.

The practicing professionals, specifically Keith, are great.. but this is the worst front desk/customer service I've ever received. Specifically with patients seeking mental health assistance. The women who answer the phone are condescending and flat out RUDE.
I started on a sample pack of medication for 3 weeks as well as sent in a prescription on March 2nd to be filled. The sample pack was great in theory while waiting for the prior authorization to go through on my medication. Three weeks go by and this office STILL has not authorized the prescription. Keith is my best friend and is the reason I’ve come this far. With the help of him, I’ve made it through some very challenging years and as a result I successfully graduated from San Antonio College while working a full time job as a dishwasher at Texas Roadhouse. I’m now studying at Texas A&M - San Antonio and am still holding this job. We’ve come a long way as a team. Thank you Keith and Michelle.

Called this office 3 times to see if they were accepting new patients. Never got a call back. A call back with a simple yes or no would have been appreciated.

Keith has been a wonderful provider. He is laid back, easy to talk to and very understanding. I drive clear across town for our appointments because I'm comfortable talking to him.

Keith Caldwell is amazing. We have gone to him for the past 4 years. Unfortunately, that may end soon due to the unwillingness of the office to work with my insurance. If the insurance says...Dr. Cantu and PA Keith Caldwell are "in-network" providers as of 3 months ago then they should be accepting my insurance. Instead I am left with a claim to the insurance company that I already paid that Dr. Cantu's office is unwilling to file for me, so I can get my money back after meeting my catastrophic cap for the year. I am now "out of pocket" over $500 because their front office says their billing office

5 stars is an understatement!! Keith Caldwell is amazing, a Life changer and definitely cares for the well-being of his patients. He’s humble and down to earth. Sometimes certain prescriptions don’t work for certain people but I found my blessing. I want to thank this office for being there and caring for their patients. - Jeremy A

We have been to Dr. Cantu's office for several years. She is the best psychiatrist we've known and we have been to several. This practice is fabulous!
