Extremely happy with the Service of Comfort Shield HVAC. Our AC went down on a Sunday afternoon and by Monday morning 8am it was back up and running. I couldn't be happier with the rapid response of the Company and the very nice man who came to my home super early and fixed everything. Also when the office called to coordinate a crew member to come to my house; Courtney in their office was such a nice and sweet person and got someone out to us ASAP.

The technicians arrived promptly to assess the electrical issue with the fluorescent lighting and was very knowledgeable and courteous! It was my pleasure speaking with them. They explained the next steps as part of the approval process as I am renting my unit. The scheduler also kept me informed during the scheduling process. I would recommend this company!
