There are not enough good words that I can say about our experience with David Phelps. David managed to find us our dream house and at the same time sold our house making the transition extremely smooth. He brokered both deals and got us amazing deals on both sides of the fence. David was also extremely patient, He showed us dozens of properties spanning over one years time and never discouraged us. He made our dreams come true and now we are in our forever home thanks to David. We could not be more grateful and happy for our experience.

Thank you David for all of your help with purchasing our first home. After 2 realtors, we were referred to David by a friend who suggested that we give him a call. David is very knowledgeable and thorough. He was also patient, kind and caring. Even after the sale was complete, David made it known if we had any questions or needed any help at all that we could reach out. He’s definitely more than just a realtor! This year has been monumentally bad for everyone
Mine started with my husband's death in January, I have seen over and over, people taking advantage of vulnerable people, but David was the exact opposite, he was very helpful and protective of me and gave excellent advice
We had a long and trying closing but he was there on top of everything from start to finish.

I bought my house over 10 years ago...I went through about 4 different realtors and they all told me that my expectations were too high. Someone referred me to David Phelps and sent me an angel. Not only did he find me the house of my dreams ( my 1st house), but he is still going out of his way to warm my heart❤.
