Integrative Psychological Health
Integrative Psychological Health (IPH) is an outpatient mental health private practice located in Westlake, Ohio. We offer individual, couples/marital and group psychotherapy. We welcome children, adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment issues, relationship stress, job or health stress, hopelessness, grief, loss, gender identity and multicultural issues.

We are a dedicated group of independently licensed therapists, psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, licensed counselors, career coaches and clinical social workers who offer a compassionate approach to care. We engage in mental health treatment that has been demonstrated to be effective through research and is individualized for each person.
Services
To give children, adolescents and adults the tools needed to promote healing and personal growth through an accessible, comprehensive, integrated and evidence-based system of mental health care. To work in collaboration with our patients and other disciplines to help our patients live healthier and more successful lives.
IPH aims to bring excellent psychological services to children, adolescents and adults. We care about the art and science of psychological health treatment and believe in a wellness-focused, mind-body approach to care! Our providers are highly trained, caring and compassionate. We work collaboratively with our patients and their other health providers to develop a holistic plan of care.
Emotion focused therapy (Process experiential therapy) is an empirically supported treatment which helps clients become aware of their emotions and process them on a deeper level. This allows for healing to occur and leads to a decrease in depression and anxiety. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an empirically validated treatment which helps people understand the connection between their thoughts and emotions.
Diagnostic Assessment: This is generally accomplished during the initial meeting, though may be broken up over two separate meetings. Careful assessment is important in beginning treatment. Evaluations typically last 60-90 minutes. You will be asked about current symptoms, past treatment, and your psychosocial history.
If providers are feeling stuck in treatment or uncertain about diagnosis, we are available for consultation. This can be useful for diagnostic clarification or generating ideas about what to try next in treatment. We are committed to the dissemination of multicultural psychology knowledge. If interested in furthering expertise in this area, supervision and consultation are available.

Grateful for my therapist! I don't have health insurance, and my therapist saw me at times even when I couldn't pay. I feel like they truly care. I will pay this forward someday.
