Very helpful and knowledgeable on Amazon. Their hours are to 6 pm. Make sure you know this, as the Amazon instructions are confusing. William is knowledgeable, very nice and is trying to offer a service to our community, while supporting his family! Support local and help William and Ship On Site be successful! We don't need all big business in our communities. We need people like William investing in our communities!

Used to go here all of the time over the years and had excellent service from the sweet lady from Ohio. The last 3x I went it was closed...at times I would normally go and finally today (last straw) the hours of operation aren't even up. It was 515
..so apparently can't go here if you work a 9-5 anymore. Tried early on a Saturday too...same thing. Best bet now is the UPS store in Surf City. Reliable, kind and helpful...oh and open

This was my second and last trip to ShiponSite in Surf City. Owners Nick Koumalatsos and Alison Capra have the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered and it runs down through their employees. They are full of excuses for every issue/problem customers raise. Just take a look at the other reviews posted here. Most interesting is that if you look at the owners’ social media channels they purport to be customer service focused and basically genius business people. If this store is any indication of their efforts I’d say it’s apparent they are full of it. They claim COVID is a plandemic

I have used Ship on Site several times in the past with overall good service. My printer has been out of ink and I had a couple of pages that I needed to print this afternoon. On my way to Surf City, I made sure to leave in time to make it there before 5. Unfortunately, Friday traffic made it a little closer than I would like, but I was still there at 4:55. One of the girls was turning off the open light and I said as she was locking the door, I only need a couple of pages printed. She looked to the other lady who quickly said, we have already shut everything down. I go back to my car and check

Used to love this place! Great selection and options. I’m disappointed with the “subject to change” hours due to COVID. I understand these are difficult times, but this is no way to run a business. It is unprofessional to change hours on a whim when people make plans earlier in the day before work. One of the things I loved about this place is that I can get to it after my work day unlike the post office. Lost another customer here. Sad, because there was a line of customers who told me that they said it was a “slow day” so they closed early. By the time I had a conversation with staff

I went to Ship on Site last week to get copies made. I was very disappointed to see that Gayle no longer owned the business. I told the girl how I wanted my copies [2to1]. She did it wrong and had to do it over. When I got home and looked at my receipt I saw that she charged me for her mistake. I will not be going there again. There is a new business in Hampstead that has the same services as Ship On Site, EXPRESS TECH, in the same plaza as Sawmill Grill. Give them a try.

This place is ridiculous!!! They charged me $1 to tape my package shut that I was returning for Amazon. And I'm not talking about taping the whole box closed I'm talking about a 2" x 2" piece of tape....a tiny little sliver of tape and they charged me a $1!!! I will not be returning my business there!!!

In the past, I have used SC Ship On Site simply to drop packages off. Recently I needed a specific copy job completed for a Mother's Day gift. I was going to copy the pages myself but would have had to take some time off work to do so. I originally thought SC Ship on Site was self-copy however found out otherwise. Gayle, was kind enough to make the copies for me even with all of my specific requests. I was in no hurry to get the item completed and Gayle said she would make the copies in between customers. I picked up the pages today and just cannot thank her enough for taking the time to help

Very nice people work here and always eager to help with my shipping problems. I ship boxes everyday and they have the boxes I need or packing material on the ready. Also have a computer to log onto when mine has a problem, or like recently had a scale and a printer go down, I rushed down there and used their computer, printer and scale to ship off my packages. Fantastic. I highly recommend.

One reason why I really enjoy this place is because I hate custom forms so it was awesome to find out that they do all that for you. I also love how nice and inviting the owner is; I dont receieve any unhappy faces when I come in and they always try and help to make sure you're shipping at a good rate. I dont know what Ill do if I move! they save all the addresses you frequently sent to so if you forget your mother in laws theyll have it on file. I cant say bad things about this place other then when they first opened they messed up on the address but it was easily fixable. Its local easy
