Michael Gaarder grew up in a small, Iowa town where he learned to work hard, cultivate meaningful relationships and truly appreciate life by laboring on the family farm and spending time with his grandfather, a World War II veteran and prisoner of war.
While enlisted in the United States Navy, he served as a volunteer assistant on the Naval Legal Service prosecution team and was an integral member of the Staff Judge Advocate's Office in Yokosuka, Japan.Although these opportunities inspired his interest in the legal system, Michael did not pursue his law degree until many careers-vacuum sales, finance, construction, private security-and years later.

Kendra Geiger Hagen has focused her career on the practice of family law. After graduating from high school in St. James, Minnesota, Kendra attended Winona State University where she obtained her Bachelor's Degree in the paralegal program.
Following graduation from WSU, Kendra worked for a law firm in St. Cloud as a paralegal developing a solid reputation for professionalism, meticulous case management and documentation, thorough preparation, and exceptional knowledge of the law.After three years as a paralegal, Kendra attended law school at the University of North Dakota.

Kim A. Pennington was a founding partner of Pennington, Cherne, Gaarder & Geiger Hagen, PLLC in 1982. Kim was admitted to practice in both Minnesota and North Dakota in 1979. Since that time, Kim has continuously represented clients throughout Central Minnesota.
Since 1994, Kim has been listed on the Minnesota Supreme Court list of "qualified neutrals, " and is often selected to facilitate resolution of disputes without litigation (mediation) or to render a decision in a dispute as a "private judge" (arbitration).

Unlike civil proceedings in family Court which rip families apart there are lawyers out there that take money and do the same thing these are the best manipulators not saying all cases but a very good majority. The system is used it is abused full of false accusations! Numbers say it all they should make it a lot harder to get married more family education during high School certificate which each of you and your partner must have prior to marriage , next together must pass parenting classes which give you a license legally to have kids along with continued education and therapy during and to get
