The Law Office of Jill Vereb handles family law cases involving divorce. Whether a marriage is for a short time or long time, whether the marriage occurred in Texas or abroad or whether there are children involved requires a careful consideration of the facts. If you or your spouse currently reside in Fort Bend County or Harris County, you will want a divorce lawyer that practices family law there.
Most families will be able to follow the Texas Standard Possession Order (SPO) when it comes to time with the children. The SPO provisions can be found in the Texas Family Code Section 153. Some families are able to reach decisions that modify the SPO. Decisions made for the children after divorce are determined by conservatorship rights.
Fathers are always concerned that their rights to parent their children are not being protected. Some men feel that they have no rights at all. Others feel that they have no power to assert their rights. No matter if you are in Fort Bend County, Sugar Land, Pecan Grove, Richmond, Rosenberg or Harris County, fathers have similar concerns.

When I say Jill is amazing, she truly is amazing! Not only was she professional but she also kept us completely informed and answered every question/concerned we had. She truly knows her stuff! We trusted Jill through this whole process and couldn't be more happier with the service she provided for our family! If we could give her more stars we would.
