Dimension Graphics was recommended to me by the oldest and most powerful tool of marketing , word of mouth. This place doesn't want new business, apparently. I dropped my project off and they said they would call that afternoon or the next day to go over it. The third day came and I never got a call so I stopped back in. The man went to the back and asked the guy who was apparently supposed to call me if he had. He said no and the man returned with my USB drive. He handed it to me and started walking back into his office saying they were really busy. I was shocked that he did that. I expected him to come tell me it would be a while more before they could get to it, which would have been perfectly acceptable

Well I am surprised to read the other review on here because I went into the store today and was so very impressed with the helpfulness, knowledge and genuine interest in my project. I had been visiting other sign companies all over town and was not very impressed with any of them. Some were just mechanics with no graphic back ground. Some were just graphic artists with no mechanical knowledge. And others simply dealt with me as if I was an inconvenience to them.
