Excellent work!!! My wife needed a vhs tape to be repaired and transferred to a usb. I was a little nervous the tape couldn't be fix but Long and behold Milestone media made it happen! I only lost 30 sec of the film but we are extremely happy that It was fixed and I love that we have it on digital format now. They provided the 16GB usb stick. excellent customer service! Thank you guys!

I have been going to Milestone Media for video production services for over 20 years. Their Super 8, 8mm, and VHS transfers to digital are top notch. I have an abundance of Super 8 movie reels from the early 1970's, and they transferred them with high definition quality. I was ecstatic with the crispness of the colors, and in their quality of their work. I also needed their assistance in formulating DVD's with menu's. Dropped off my 8mm film here on 6 NOV. Owner told me it would be ready in 2 weeks and had me pay for services in advance. On 20 NOV (2 weeks later) I hadn't heard anything. I waited another week and on 26 NOV I went to get my film and was told it still wasn't done (3 weeks later) so I ask for my film back.
I was given my 8mm film but of course they kept the payment even though they hadn't provided the service. I should have known something wasn't right when my receipt was written on a napkin because they didn't have any real receipts at the time. My advice is if

I had been trying to accomplish the task of making a Slideshow for my mom's funeral. I had just moved, and ended up not being able to get the job done on my own. I found Milestone Media on the web with less than a week to go before I needed the DVD. John, Vince, and Amber were extremely understanding to my needs, and went above and beyond in their compassion to me. They completed the task in time, with a very nice finished product. I really felt the love from these people, and I appreciated that. It made me feel like I should have invited THEM to the funeral. And the price for services was

Milestone Media is my go to place for media transfers and event filming. Unlike other places I have dealt with the quality and clarity is unbelievable (even from OLD VHS and photos). My mother keeps everything and was in desperate need of a clean up. Being able to have photos from years ago all saved on thumb drives has allowed her to have more storage space in her home office. I'm very thankful for Vince and his team. They do exceptional work and are very helpful to those who are new to this kind of stuff like myself
