We have used a flat rate broker twice. It was important to us to have good customer service and all the same details as an agent. With some research of your own market on how houses are selling (easy enough for most people) and Clickets real estate broker services you can sell ( we sold our house) with Clicket. They have all the same MLS power very important and forms that you need, they are responsive and very responsible about the laws that you need to follow for a proper sale. Well done company!

Just sold my house using Clickit Realty. Was looking for a flat fee listing service as well as help with paperwork and Clickit Realty delivered on both! I had questions along the way and they were always very responsive! I would highly recommend Clickit Realty for anyone wanting to sell their house on their own. I just closed today and am so happy I used Clickit. Initially I called with a lot of questions, and Jeff Ayers promptly called me back and went through all of my questions. I bought the package and was immediately set up on a dashboard to fill out the listing paperwork, upload photos and insert a description. I only had to call a few other times and Deb promptly called me back. We were under contract within 3 days and after the inspection and appraisal, settled on very close to asking.
