Super helpful and very knowledgeable. Was so glad we came here for her first pointe fitting. This was a wonderful experience! Thankful to know I can come here for all our dance needs.

I am so glad I found this little store! My teenager dances 8 hours a week and she is constantly needing new dance shoes of all kinds. After years of ordering shoes online and then sending them back when they didn’t fit, this year the wonderful people at this store were able to fit her for her shoes. They also had all of the top brands so we were able to get exactly what the studio requires. We live 40 minutes away-but it was well worth the drive!

I go here for all my childs ballet needs!! Great place with great stuff..

Bought a pair of expensive jazz shoes. Told there was a seven day return policy. Came to return them within time period and was THEN told that I could only return for store credit. They insisted they told me, but they did not. This sort of return policy should be clearly posted, as it is uncommon and restrictive. That said, the workers were very helpful and patient while assisting the two nine year-olds I came in with. If you are a big dancer (we are not) and understand the return policy it is a nice boutique experience.

Help is very unknowledgable. Can only rely on owner who is stretched thin. Very poor return policy. Think twice before purchasing here.

The store is amazing! Penny and her staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I get my class fitted for ballet and toe shoes and other dancewear, which they do very well. I love Dancer's Dream!

Wow. Terrible on 2 occasions........ How this place exists can only be due to lack of competition. Poor on all accounts. Last straw was having to order shoes, was then called to pick them up and they were the wrong brand, wrong color, missing a detail.......I mean seriously? I will pay more elsewhere, and not think twice about it.

Would never shop here again! Went to the store and to my disappointment they did not have any shoes in my size. They offered to order a size 6 and size 61/2 for me to try on. I was very clear I needed the shoes in 15 days. After 7 days I called to follow-up only to find that they had not ordered the shoes and had not even tried to contact me. They would only order the shoes with a 50% deposit and whether the shoes fit or not I would be obligated to purchase them. What I find most upsetting is that no one called even though the young girl who waited on me did ask the owner/mgr the procedure when

This is a great local store for all your dance needs. Pointe shoe fitting is great - ask for Lindsey as her knowledge is amazing! She's our go to contact when replacing shoes. Wear Moi leotards and related are competitively priced. Great service and selection.

More like dancers nightmare. I bought shoes here awhile back and thought the service was ok, not good or great but I was in a pinch and needed shoes...so I went again because...
We received a pair of dance shoes from here as a gift but they were too small. I went to exchange and the owner wouldn't do it. We didn't have a receipt (as they were a gift) so we were out of luck, even though the exchange would have been simply for size. So, I was pigeonholed into buying another pair. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GIVE A DIME TO THESE PEOPLE. The second pair was a different brand pushed by the owner, unfortunately
