I just got this beautiful Honda Civic from Prays! 5/5 stars, I was approved and able to take my car home the same day! I've always had bad luck with cars, so obviously I was anxious and scared with the process but Tyler worked with me, and got me something safe and reliable for me and my baby. Not impressed with the sales department. I offered a $700 deposit to hold a vehicle for me until 9/3 when I could pay the rest of my down payment. They were not willing to work with me at all—only suggestion was to put the whole down payment on a credit card—which I don’t have, OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE DONE THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE!! I will never go back there, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM-they are not as willing to work with potential customers as they claim!!!

Derek Coleman is the person that we dealt with at praise and I'm not exaggerating when I say this is the best experience I've ever had getting a vehicle having to deal with the dealership and whole mine yards he went the extra 10 miles for us did everything yeah could be done to make sure we got our vehicle. No other places would help us and he made sure we got the vehicle that we wanted I suggested everyone go to praise to looking for the vehicle and I'll make sure to come back here in the future

I'll give a review when you get me the Information I need to register. Should not be taking this long to get the title number. And you also said you would mail me a temp plate before this one run out. Well this one ran out two days ago. I didn't put nine grand down on a vehicle to not be able to register it or drive it and I have made a payment and still I am not able to register it ???

We bought a '07 Honda Civic hybrid. I was hit and had to remove a plastic panel from the bottom. Inside was rust. The frame had 3 rust holes in 18 inches of length. If I remove the other panels, I can expect more of the same. It's been totalled with little visible damage because of the hidden rust. We paid $6600 for this "tow off" and insurance is paying us $4500 to tow it off. We lost $2100 on a bad deal. Don't recommend this dealer

So I recently did an application with Pray's. After not hearing back from anyone in a week, I called and spoke to someone who seemed uninterested in helping me. He told me he had customers in front of him and he would have to call me back. He never did. The next day I wrote in asking for more info on a car. The morning after, a man named Derek called me. He was the rudest and most disrespectful person I've dealt with in a very long time. He called me to say "You're credit is really bad, my guy. Maybe you should take your down payment and use it to pay off some of your debt." First of all. I'm not

! They were fantastic to work with. Tyler was thorough and quite professional. He was quick to follow-up on my inquiries and was able to find me financing. I felt very comfortable buying from them. I got a payment that was only $15.00 more/month than my current payment. I highly recommend them! They will definately be first and future choice when I have to purchase a new vehicle again!

Amazing service! we will definitely be getting future vehicles here. Derek went above and beyond! ....follow up. Ended up having a wire issue less then 4months after purchasing. Service department got me right in and went above and beyond to get it fixed quickly and cheap. I will definitely be getting all my servicing done here going forward
