Tom's son, Josh, was involved with the business from the beginning - growing up as a young man working on the job sites on weekends, summers and breaks from school.After graduating from the University of Northern Iowa, Josh worked in public accounting as a certified public accountant (CPA) from 2005-2009.

Horrible ran business I got hired on to be a mason apprentice and 5 days later I was fired through a text message the punk owner josh couldn't even be a man and fire me in person had no reason to let me go I showed up work early and did whatever was asked had no complaints but owner josh said people didn't want work with me a complete lie.
