I was desperate for the perfect gift for a surprise Birthday party. I called Top Toad at Independence Mall and spoke with Christian. She was Sooooo kind and very helpful. When I got there she did help me find the perfect gift. I would have spent all day looking store to store if it was not for her and Halloween Spirits recommending I go there. It's a bit of a drive for me and I am always terrified to drive in this City but it was worth it. Thank you Christian for being you and for Top Toad for carrying a great variety of items. She deserves a raise. You don't find people like that often.

Incredible small business! I bought a few shirts when I was in town—for myself and gifts for the family. They all loved them! The brand comfort colors they sell is my FAVORITE! I have purchased a couple others of this brand I have had for years and love how they feel already broken in and soft from the first wear. Top toads designs are more on the simplistic side—very clean and classy with their logos and perfect for all ages. I think I got 4 total for myself because I couldn’t decide!

One of my favorite stores inside of the Cotton Exchange. Large selection of tee shirts and other clothing. Other gift stuff as well. Fun stop for tourist and even locals visiting downtown.

Spent $104.81 in cash on 3/30/2021 and they charged me $4.99 for a gift card I didn’t buy, $2.99 for a gift card I didn’t buy, $23.99 for a gift card I didn’t buy... unfortunately I paid in cash and live in garner NC but I won’t be returning unless they can refund my $30+ which I’m sure they can’t and won’t. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!! So much for shopping local and small businesses lmfao
