Willie Brooks was born in Pittsboro, North Carolina. He lived with his family in Baltimore, Maryland in his early years but was reared by his grandmother in Chapel Hill, North Carolina from Junior High through High school graduating from Chapel Hill High School. He graduated from Glendale Junior College in Glendale, California in 1972 earning an Associate in Arts degree.
Cynthia Brooks was born and raised in the southern California desert in the city of Indio, California near Palm Springs. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Howard University in Washington, D.C., majoring in political science. She returned to California to earn a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Santa Clara School of Law in Santa Clara, California near San Francisco.

I think I met Atty Willie Brooks over 20 years ago and he has never changed. He's an of integrity and will give your case the utmost care and attention, and will fight for your best interest.
