What a great and professional experience!!
I loved the text messaging option to set up the order and options for what I was looking for. It was amazing that they reached out the day before to give me the option to cancel since there was a chance for rain. Farris and Shane were awesome with setting up the obstacle course!!

The staff at Bounce My House was wonderful! They made the booking process so easy, kept us updated on the day of delivery, set our rental up quickly and came to pick it up without us having to do anything ourselves. The bounce house that we rented was clean and the kids absolutely loved it. We can’t wait to book another fun bounce house from them in the future!!

I had to cancel my original event. Bounce My House was very accommodating with rescheduling, even for a couple days after they closed for the season. On my rescheduled date, there were storms in the forecast and the owner called me to discuss some options for my rental. Bounce My House ended up bringing my rental items first thing that morning so my kids could enjoy the bounce house for as long as possible and so I could start my event earlier than originally scheduled, to try and beat the rain. Our experience renting our inflatable bounce house was excellent. Everything from the initial phone call to the options offered were great. The installers were on time, quick and very professional and polite. Tom and Shane installed, reviewed the operations and cleaned up in no time at all. The removal went just as well, they showed up right when they said they would, and were out of there in no time. Mike was with them to remove the inflatable and after they left you would have never had know they were there. Thanks for the great service and professional staff. This company is highly recommended

Placed an order 1 week before my event. I had to change my reservation timing and it was as easy as texting the confirmation number. Delivery and pickup was effortless. The folks that set up and tore down were super nice and the expected arrival etas were on point. They also sanitized it all down. Overall superb customer service and experience. Would definitely rent from here again!

The owner was booked, but he pulled a few strings and made it happen.
The staff that delivered/set-up/picked-up the bounce house were very professional and friendly.
Also,

Booking with Bounce My House for my baby shower was the easiest and worry free experience I ever had with a company of its kind. Not only was the quality and the aesthetics of the equipment rented beautiful, the customer service was outstanding and dependable. I had an outdoor baby shower with a 20 x 20 ft tent with beautiful lighting and white round tables and chairs. The tent gave that wow factor and it had all my guests asking where it was from. This whole team is fabulous. After a previous vendor canceled on me VERY last-minute (day before event). Tariq and his team were very accommodating and understanding. They exceeded my expectations. Had to order chairs the day of my event, they stayed open just for me and even loaded the chairs into my car and gave me all the information that I needed with help setting up the chairs. I will definitely be using them in the future and I recommend them to anybody who is looking for anything that they offer!!!!

This company is just fantastic. This was the third year that we've used them for our company outing. They are amazing to work with and make the entire process easy. They also take safety very seriously! This year, we rented a giant inflatable dart board (you kick velcro soccer balls onto the board), a bounce house and tables and chairs. The kids loved both inflatables and had a great time. Everyone that I dealt with from the office staff to the delivery/set-up crew were friendly and courteous. I would absolutely recommend this company for inflatables and other party rental needs!

My booking with this company started off well, but went downhill into a complete meltdown. The event planner Holly Ali worked from home, we never had a conversation when she wasn't being distracted in the background, and her kid wasn't yelling. I was having a wedding for 48 guests, she suggested that I get a 20 x 20 high peak tent, along with 10-6ft tables. Upon pick-up I inquired about the damage to my lawn, to which they replied... "There is supposed to be a tarp under it, but someone forgot it".
That was kind of a bummer. However, I would still use them again, the slip-n-slide was amazing. Everyone had a blast!

I was looking for a bounce house to rent on the southside and this place was highly recommended. The reservation was easy to make online and I even receive two phone calls to confirm date and time. They arrived to set up right on time and they came to pick up on time too. Perfect bounce house, all the kids had a blast and all the parents were grateful for tired kids. Had a great experience renting a bounce house from here. Very affordable! They worked around my schedule for a convenient time for me to pickup and dropoff, which was super nice ( I chose to pickup myself instead of have it delivered) I didn't have to do anything. He loaded and unloaded everything into my car. Set up and clean up were super easy. The kids loved the bounce house!

Amazing rental company with amazing staff! I reserved my bounce house and other equipment for my son's 3rd Birthday. Unfortunately the weather was not in our favor and had to cancel. Their cancellation process was easy breezy and I was refunded my money within 3 business days. I definitely look forward to utilizing their services sometime in the future.

These guys were great to work with! They very quickly returned my call and had the bounce house I was interested in available. It was pretty late notice, maybe 3 days before the party date and they were booked with delivery/setup times already. However they had the option to come pick up the bounce house at their storage location (which saved me the delivery fee!) and it was a very easy process. I booked a bouncy house, a 20x20 tent and 40 chairs for a Saturday kid's birthday party. The equipment was nice and clean, the booking was easy and everyone was very responsive and easy to work with. I would have happily given them five stars. HOWEVER... my party started at 2pm, they were supposed to be at the location for setup between 12:30 and 1:00. They showed up at 2pm and took an hour and a half to set up! Customer service hands down is the best. They are really on top of their game. They keep you posted on every detail from the minute you book, prior to the event, and after the event. My son birthday was absolutely a great time. I am always leery of how clean these bouncy house are but I must admit it was A++. I hope they continue to keep this up because they are really good and will always recommend.
