I've been a TOPS customer for 7 years and have only ever had great things to say about them. Most recently I had a part in our office printer that needed to be replaced and the service was prompt and professional. We were up and running again in no time at all. We used TOPS for our wedding stationary - Wedding Invites, Church Programs and Place Cards.
We were in love with the work that was completed by TOPS. We worked directly with Colleen (Administrative Assistant) from start to finish on our products. She was so great to work with. She was patient, kind and very prompt.
In the beginning Colleen took the time to set up a meeting with us to discuss paper options, fonts, colors, etc. She was patient with us because we were not entirely sure what we wanted at this point.

I showed up at their doorstep late one afternoon just see if my 20 year old copier could be fixed. They put it on a work cart and two people began looking at it. A few moments later the"owner"of this business came out to sea what the problem is with my old machine. After about 45 minutes of looking and trying to determine the problem, the owner himself repaired it.
I would recommend this business to anyone and everyone. There are fantastic people.

TOPS has done an outstanding job for me and my campaign for City Council in Burnsville! They have printed brochures, posters and campaign lawn signs and the products have come back above and beyond my expectations. The pricing is competitive but above all else, the service has been extraordinary! This is a family owned and operated business and… they define mainstreet retail. Every time I stop in, the employees have a smile on their face and we talk about more than just business. I highly recommend TOPS because they are a company I trust and they do business the right way.
