Dr. Brian Wiersma graduated from Western State University in 1993 and is licensed by the State of Tennessee. Dr. Wiersma specializes in pain relief, both in managing pain and eliminating it, through Corrective Chiropractic Care. He has been leading Wilson County Chiropractors in their mission to better the health and well-being of all of their clients.
I have been going to Dr. Brian since 2008. I work at an assisted living facility as a CNA and experience wear and tear on my muscles and back daily. Dr. Brian keeps my back more flexible and in good shape by my regular visits. Dr. Brian is very thorough at accessing my condition for the particular ache or pain I am experiencing, and tailors his treatment to fit the need I have.

I came to Wilson County Chiropractic barely able to stand up, much less walk. I called to see if there was any way to work me in after explaining my pain. Nina was so helpful and said of course (same day). The professionalism shown by the entire staff was nothing short of exceptional. Great friendly caring staff! I've been treated with Nothing but kindness from them and Dr. Wiersma. I had been dealing with cervical neck and thoracic back pain for years and I finally started asking a few people and this team of professionals were recommended. Well, after 3 visits I can't tell you how much better i feel. The pain is now minimal. I would highly recommend them for your Chiropractic needs.

I woke up on Sunday morning and could barely turn my head. Dr. Wiersma was able to see me first thing on Monday morning. He was able to adjust me several times over the next week and by the following Monday I felt 90% better. I had regained most of my range of motion with no pain. The office staff is also great. I highly recommend.

Dr. Wiersma and his staff are great! He is very knowledgeable and down to earth. I have scoliosis and he was very honest and transparent about what chiropractic care could do for me. He’s very gentle yet effective. I have been going for about a month and have seen much improvement in my back — aching is gone, flexibility is returning, and overall I have been feeling much better. His office staff are very kind and personable. They all made me feel very welcome and like I’m visiting old friends.

10 out of 10 highly recommend! As a new patient to chiropractic medicine, Dr. Wiersma took time to be sure I was fully informed before beginning treatment. I wont go on about the benefits of chiropractic care. I do not feel I am qualified to do so and there are plenty of peer reviewed journals covering this topic. I can speak as a consumer and customer. Dr. Wiersma and his team are caring thoughtful professionals that want to be sure you get best care possible. I cannot thank them enough!

I highly recommend going to see DR. B! I admit trying to find a good chiropractor is something I was skeptical about. I am highly skeptical when it comes to my well being. I explained my symptoms to the doctor and he explained to me how things work in the spine. Took a few X-rays and recommended a treatment for me. I’ve followed his recommendation and I am moving more freely than I have in a while. I’ll continue following his treatment plan and visiting him on a preventative maintenance routine.
