Not great, i have been trying to get an update on my taxes for weeks but no one is ever at the office to help. The times i have actually gotten a person on the line they tell me their at home and can't access my file. Its very desapointing. I have been using Liberty Tax for many years and this year my first Arizona filing with you has been very underwhelming. I don't think i will use you again next year the people in the Maricopa office are very unprofessional.

Not pleased with the service, called and asked how much for a simple filing was told they started at $89. When they got done he told me $400. About fell out of the chair. It was double of what I paid the accounting firm the year before. To say the least he did adjust it but was still way to high for a simple return. (OVER $300.) Plus they don't give you your final return until its processed? Never have I not gotten a completed return when they were done. So I still have to go pick up the completed package. I would not recommend this company, and I will never use them again.

I had an appointment today I went in with my mask on to find one employee sitting less than six feet directly in front of a customer both without a mask. This business does not take covid seriously so I took my business to H & R Block. If they do NOT follow covid recommendations in my opinion they do not value there customers.

Many thanks to Richard in helping me with an issue with the IRS. The IRS said that I owed thousands (a lot of thousands) in back taxes. Richard got in down to several hundred dollars. I probably wouldn't had gotten a better person to fight for me in dealing with the Feds. I highly recommend Richard, he knows his "stuff".

We thought we had a very knowledgeable caring tax professional for many years. Very glad we met Richard and his team at liberty tax.
