Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Movers themselves were professional and efficient however they were an hour and a half late with no notice. I called after they were 15 min late and was told they would call back shortly with an ETA. I called again an hour after that and was told they were on their way. Bottom line they care about their time not yours.

We used Fisher North American this past weekend for packing and moving locally from a 3BR house to a 1BR apartment. Thursday was packing day, and a crew of three arrived precisely on time and packed up our house incredibly quickly and efficiently. Friday was the actual move, and the crew was again punctual and efficient. They arrived around 9am and by 11:30am we were fully moved and unpacking. We did a virtual walkthrough a couple weeks prior to the move so they could give me a ballpark estimate, and the final price wound up being about $30 under the estimate; pretty damn close.

This was my first time using a moving service for my relocation from Hamburg, NY to Rochester, NY. I am so thrilled that I used a well established, local company and not a couple of kids off craigslist. From start to finish Fisher could not have made my move easier. From the front office staff to the 2 spectacular movers that handled the job I could not be more pleased.
The movers were on time, so polite, so professional and best of all they took so much care with my items. These two guys gave some of the best service I have ever received. Thank you so much for everything!

Very professional, nice & accommodating. They arrived on time and knew exactly what needed to be moved. Their experience even predicted trouble they were going to face with the narrow North Buffalo home stairways and my LARGE sectional couch. They were right - the couch could not fit despite their hard attempts and suggestions to keep my couch in good condition. While still on site, they called the office and organized storing accommodations for the couch, rescheduled me in their tight calendar for the next business day - with an extra employee so they could lift it onto my balcony.
