I had insurance from these people about 6 months. I drove an older car (1996) the first 3-4 months and I paid only $70 a month for liability insurance which I thought was fair. When I upgraded to a newer model (2002) (which keep in mind was still a decade and a half old ca)r my rate suddenly skyrocketed to $150 a month for LIABILITY which was absolutely ridiculous. On top of that they made me pay a $100 non-refundable deposit to transfer the policy over to my new car. I decided I would deal with it until the policy expired. A month later I got insurance elsewhere for half the price so I called

Called 9/5/17 @ 12:43 A.M. Introduced myself and asked for a quote for auto insurance. With a quick response from representative, "hold on..." I was put on hold and no response back. Customer service isn't as high as the ratings they're receiving. If this is just the beginning, I do not want to see the outcome at the end. Hope you receive better service than I.
