Shaun & his team at the collision center are awesome! We took our car there after an accident. Although there wasn’t any significant damage, we had to wait a long time for the parts to come in, which was out of Shaun’s control. Unfortunately our insurance wasn’t willing to extend their coverage of a rental car, and it was set to run out during the week of Christmas. The collision center gave our family a loaner car to use until the parts came in and our car was fixed. We are so appreciative of their help that made a very stressful situation a lot less stressful!

Great people, but if you have a problem call them directly don't rely on any text surveys they send out, call Shaun directly and he will do everything in his power to make it right. The painter is awesome that 3 step paint is a process and he definitely has it down. But definitely overall good place but do to the third part survey nonsense, 4 stars. Thanks Shaun and everyone at w&l collision

This is the first time I have used this collision center for repairs and I will continue to go back to them if needed. From their professionalism to the kind and courteous staff to the beautiful new facility, they are all around the best. They kept me informed since day 1 about what was going on with my car and they not only finished early but it cost less than what they originally quoted. I would highly recommend them!

Great Experience! The customer service was spot-on and everything was handled professionally with a personal touch. Not only is the body work great (rear bumper), but it's guaranteed for as long as you own the car. I got our Forester back looking like new not only on the outside but on the inside too! They took to the time to vacuum and clean the interior, which I didn't expect at all--months of dog hair gone! W&L Collision Center is second to none! I highly recommend them.

Came here because it was an on your side shop for nationwide. This was my first time going to an auto body shop to get body work done and it was a great first experience. The work was super good and fast.
I had my bike mounted to the roof of my car suction cups and I accidently drove into my garage. My sunroof got pulled out of my car and then my bike fell over and the metal petal dug a large scratch into my car. They fixed everything and it all looks brand new.
Overall, this shop caused no problems and made my first repair super easy and convenient. They focused on even some of the small details

Purchased a 2009 Outback in January 2012 from this dealer 20 months ago, and each day I've regretted my decision. I've had nothing but problems; even though I purchased the BEST warranty money could buy. Bulbs constantly going out, every 6 months recalls coming out, etc. 6 months after the purchase I take it in for an apparent alignment issue and they present me with a $2500 bill. I called 800 (God) Subaru for them to tell me this was unacceptable and they would be paying the full bill. Issue after issue.
