Husband rented a chipper. Unit was freshly serviced, clean, fueled and ready to run. The guys showed him how to use it, the safety devices and explained what number to call if there is an issue. Unit ran flawlessly. The guys at Wautoma Rental Center are

After returning my rental mini-excavator, I am very disappointed in my experience. I was charged a $50 cleaning fee! It is a piece of earth moving equipment. I was charged a $150 non-refundable deposit. We had 3-5" of rain in a week. Guess what? It's going to get muddy!!!!! They told me I should've taken to the car wash next door and washed it off. I'm pretty sure the car wash wouldn't have agreed.
This is a reply to the response from Wautoma Rental. I didn't "borrow" the equipment. I rented it. Had you had a refundable deposit, I would have rescheduled my project. I do not feel that you understood

We rented again from Wautoma Rental Center. We would definitely recommend them. They are friendly and good to work with.
WRC helped us out with a beautiful, clean tent that looked brand new along with tables and chairs. Owen was efficient and courteous and answered all our questions. We would definitely rent from them again!

This is the best shop in Wisconsin for Stihl Parts, Rentals, and Repairs. The staff is knowledgeable and clear about pricing and returns. The Equipment that I have rented has always been in great, if not fantastic shape. The mechanics are on top of all maintenance and repairs.
