We require a credit card to guarantee all reservations. You must notify us of appointment cancellations 24 hours prior to your start time to avoid being charged for the full service, tax, and gratuity. If you miss the cancelation timeframe and are charged, you have 7-days to make up that appointment.

I am writing this review with the highest praise for AMANDA! She is hands down the best professional and has always done my manis and pedis with expertise! I have been going to Amanda for many years and have literally followed her to get my (very stubborn) toes done. I trust her implicitly. I traveled from KC to OHIO last week just to see her and get my mani and pedi. The spa is very nice as well, clean and follows good protocol for Covid which I very much appreciate...but really, just go and ask for Amanda....she's pure GOLD. Don't hesitate, book with her.

This was my first spa experience and because of the excellent service from the entire staff that I came in contact with , it won't be my last. The staff was very attentive and very good in the services they provided. The Atmosphere was very clean and sterile , they followed all the current guidelines , to a temperature reader located at the entrance my only regret is that they book up fast , so I was not able to to go the same day with a friend . I shall plan more of these spa days with my girls, cousins and my mother. Great Job Guys! Keep up the good work!!!!

This place is so gross. They make it sound and look so nice but it's so dirty, dingy, and outdated. Fluorescent lighting throughout the one side, and then the other side looks like a dungeon. The staff had the manners of JCPenney workers, not spa staff, and the massage was sub par. I had to tell the masseuse like 10x he was hurting me and he also put towels on me that were scalding hot. I mean not like a little uncomfortable but very uncomfortable. The outside looks like a hodge podge grandma's house, the inside looks exactly like a dirty and sad doctor's office, and it must be run

Had a Friday night couples massage with my boyfriend. We both got deep tissue massages that were relaxing yet therapeutic (and much needed). Mandatory health assessment and temperature check before entering the building. All staff and clients had masks on which made me feel safe at this spa. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and COVID-free spa day.

Overall- not a bad place---but VERY overpriced and Forget it if you want true customer service. Some of our (large) party were unable to make it for their nail appointments and they charged us anyway stating a 7 day cancellation policy (which I did not know about as I was not the one who made the appointments and we were told on the phone when we cancelled that it was no problem- no mention that we would be charged anyway) with a snotty, mocking tone by the incredibly rude and sarcastic guy at the front desk. Totally "undid" any positive residual effect from my otherwise solid massage

This spa was absolutely gorgeous and had a beautiful minimalist type style. Very relaxing waiting area prior to your treatment. The staff were very nice and welcoming. You can sip on some drinks and enjoy a cozy waiting room area with relaxing music in the background. The changing area/locker room was clean and nice. The robes were super comfy as well. I had Alexandra as my massage therapist and she was seriously awesome! I highly recommend this spa. It is also tucked away in a beautiful and scenic area.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful first time experience at this day spa. Elizabeth went out of her way to accommodate us with our day and time preference. She was fantastic! We both felt like we were at a resort on vacation. Everything was clean and super relaxing. We especially enjoyed the complimentary cheese plate, dessert and mimosas. We appreciate everything from your staff and will definitely be back again. Thank you!!

I went to the spa this weekend with a large group for wedding nails. My appointment was at 1245 for both mani/pedi. They served the group mimosas and snacks which was a nice touch. But they were extremely behind schedule. My manicure didn't start until 130, so I did not have time for a pedicure because we had to leave at 230. I got regular nail polish, not gel, and it was $45. The quality was not anywhere near that price. The nails themselves were not cut straight, they are clearly uneven. The polish is already chipped 2 days later. I would not return to this facility.

Absolutely, by far, the worst spa I have ever been to in my life. I have been to this spa in the past, several times only because my boyfriend belonged here and he would use the gym as it was close to his home. He would buy a massage for me every once in a while and I did not have the heart to tell him not to waste his money on this spa. For the last few years my wife and I have been getting massages for special occasions. We used to go to Mario's in Aurora, but the experience there was sometimes lacking. One some weekends we felt like a number in line churning out treatments and massages. The place was always packed and in our last experience they started nickel and diming you on everything.
A few years back we tried Yellow creek. Big difference and we haven't been back to Mario's since then. Not as crowded and they go out of their way to really pamper you. Endless sparkling wine, snack trays, tea, coffee

I've had some amazing deep tissue massages in my life and I can hands down say that Suzette is BY FAR the best I've ever had. Such attention to detail and clearly a complete master at what she does! Worth absolutely every penny!! The entire experience was pure bliss. Don't get anything less than 50 minutes - you won't regret it!

I was greeted nicely but when I left there was no one to say good-bye or thank you for coming. I wasn't taken to the massage room for 15 mins upon my arrival. Which I guess cut into my hour massage may husband had paid for as an anniversary surprise gift.
I felt the masseuse was in a hurry. Her moments were quick and hard even when I shared I'd prefer a slower and gentle massage.
It wasn't what I expected for the dollar amount.
