Kady Jacobs has been a licensed massage therapist in the state of Nebraska since September of 2013. She trained at the Universal College of Healing Arts in Omaha, NE. During her training at UCHA, Kady studied and provided therapeutic massage for 5 months under Dr. Cory Stickney of Elite Chiropratic (Kearney, NE).

The gemstone infused body oil concept is based on an understanding that our skin is a high sensory organ and is receptive to the living ingredient energetic values which we believe in a subtle way, can help to restore balance and vitality for our overall well-being.The violet vibration of the amethyst crystal relates to the pineal and pituitary glands, brain and nervous system and supports balance in these areas.

While props (such as a bolster) may be used, the practice relies heavily on body weight to provide both compression and stretch. As a more gradual approach to yoga practice, poses are primarily done while lying on the mat and may be held for up to four minutes. Yin yoga is appropriate for all levels of experience.
