We started as a small credit union back in 1955 with a specialty in serving health care professionals. Over the years, we've expanded to welcome individuals from all over Northcentral Pennsylvania who work in every sector.

Community charter grows to include 7 counties; Bradford, Clinton, Lycoming, Northumberland, Potter, Sullivan, and Union.
No Closing Cost offer dictates the following being paid by Horizon: appraisal, title search, recording fees and flood certification. Closing costs must be reimbursed to the credit union if the home equity loan is closed within 3 years. Alternate rates available for loan-to-values of up to 90% of homes value and second lien position.

This place is not worth your time. Month after month they charge my wife looking for proof of insurance. She has insurance, we hand the paper work in again and again. They lose it or something and a few months later charge us for some bogus proof of insurance and we have to go through it again. Their customer service is horrible. Stay away and go somewhere else. This place has wasted so much of our time.

I 100% recommended this place, they helped me get into my first car, with me having 0 credit. They work with you to fit your needs and have a great auto loan program and are very reasonable when it comes to the payments and APR. Special thanks to Megan Wheeler at the lock haven branch for working with me for the past two weeks!
