Shoulder pain doesn't only occur in athletes, and it's not always a result of an accident. The fact is, you can get shoulder pain from doing household chores, lifting heavy objects, or sleeping the wrong way. One day, you might be helping your friend move furniture, and the next day you can barely get a shirt over your head.

Knee pain can make it pretty difficult to get around. Whether you're suffering from a swollen knee, patella problems, a ligament injury, or arthritis, the pain can make it hard to run, walk, or even sit down. Luckily, there's help. No matter what kind of knee pain you're experiencing, in most cases, seeing a physical therapist is the right choice for treatment.

I would absolutely reccoming Wyandotte Physical Therapy to anyone! The environment is comfortable and friendly, Dr. Raj and the rest of the staff made me feel so welcomed! They all know every patient by first name and make an effort to get to know everyone. I went in with pretty bad pain due to degenerative disc disease and I am now pain free!

When I arrived at Wyandotte Physical Therapy Associates, I was feeling down and hopeless about the painful sciatica I'd had for the past months. When Dr. Raj examined me, I asked him to be honest about whether he could help me or not. He smiled and said, "We can help you"...he wasn't joking. I went from sitting on cushions, wearing a back brace, and avoiding exercise to going to the gym, taking mile long walks(the last one was two miles!), and strengthening my core abdominal muscles with the exercises staff taught me.
I have to add, upon arriving at the front desk for my first appointment, I was

In three short months I went from barely walking with a walker to doing crossovers on a 6 inch wide foam pad. They had the patience and attention to detail to show you how to do each exercise correctly to maximize your potential. The individual program set by the Dr. and implemented by the staff, that is always upbeat and bubbly. Truly made the difference in my recovery and I would not hesitate to refer their services.

I appreciate Dr Mittal and his staff. They are with you and make sure you are doing your exercises properly. I have made more progress here than at any other physical therapy place I have been too. I also like that you are not shoved off from one person to the next as in one of the other Wyandotte physical therapy places. I would truly recommend anyone who is looking for a good physical therapy experience to try them.

Every staff member is genuinely warm, welcoming and uplifting right from the start! Dr. Raj takes the time to get to know his patients on a medical, relational and personal level, which makes the entire rehabilitation process comfortable and enjoyable. During every appointment I felt cared for and encouraged due to the kindness, compassion and personal interest each staff member showed to me. I feel grateful we have such a special place in the heart of Wyandotte for true & authentic recuperation, restoration and healing!!

Raj, the physical therapist and his assistant Rina are the best! I had my right knee replaced in September 2019 and I had stiffness and with Raj expertise and exercise regiment I can walk and move without stiffness. I would love to continue to go to the Wyandotte physical therapy associates, however, I'm completely rehabilitated. I would recommend this place for all of your physical therapy needs!!
