Covenant was very professional, understanding, timely, and responsive. Another company recommended by my insurance company came out first and assured me my home was dry after placing fans and 2 dehumidifiers, My wood floors started to buckle so I knew there was still a water problem. I got a second opinion from Covenant. They found the wood floors were wet throughout the house. My cabinets and baseboards were damaged too. Had I listened to the first company, I would be responsible for all the repairs.

We had some mold damage in our bathroom and living room from a leaky bathtub. Covenant Restorations did an AMAZING job removing the mold and helping us fix the problem. They are so professional and wonderful to work with! I am so thankful that I found a company that I can trust! I was very impressed and HIGHLY recommend them!!!

We had an ice maker leak which caused water to get under our hard wood floors and ruin the floor. Thank goodness our flooring company recommended Covenant! From the first day we met them, they assured me they would make this process as easy on us as possible. They worked non stop every day for a month, constantly keeping us notified of the schedule… of contractors. For a nightmare issue that was to be completed in 2 months, they completed it all in one month!!! They were kind, courteous, supportive and beyond hard working! John and his team at Covenant Restoration are amazing! With John's knowledge, experience and certification, he helped us to go against Goliath (a big property management corporation) and prove to them that there IS mold in my daughter's apartment and that they need to resolve this issue for my daughter and son-in-laws health. If I could, I'd give Covenant Restoration 20 stars! I certainly recommend Covenant Restoration to anyone needing a certified restoration company!
