My wife and I contacted Julie after looking at the websites of many Park City realtors. We were looking specifically for a buyer's agent. It was a fortunate decision. We made several visits to look at homes (and ski) over a 14 month period and Julie was always patient, ready with a folder of potential properties, and very helpful throughout the buying process. She stayed in contact after the closing and has been a great source for information about everything available in the area.

I purchased a Park City townhouse in Bear Hollow with Julie. She was attentive to every detail and just plain fun to spend 3 days with! She knows Park City like the back of her hand and is intimately familiar with all the neighborhoods (not to mention great at restaurant suggestions!). We had lunch at a very homey health food store. We have stayed in touch and she recently hosted an open house at my rental when I could not be there. Plus she assisted me with inspectors, cleaning people etc. She knows what matters and is great at keeping your eye on the ball.

Julie is very much a professional and has uniquely built her real estate practice with a laser focus on her Buyers. I appreciate that she never waivers on who is her "client". I have known and worked with Julie and her clients (as a mortgage broker) since 2005. It is noteworthy that Julie asks questions so she learns and understands mortgage financing and the challenges her clients may experience with financing resort properties. In two days we went from Park City visitors to putting in an offer on a home in Old Town, all thanks to Julie Olsen’s knowledge of the Park City real estate market. After our first day of touring Julie said “I think I know what you like, let me make some calls and do some research.” The next morning she showed us an off market listing that was just what we wanted.
