Malfy Alarm

Lately we are noticing that we are directly competing with national telecommunication providers who have expanded their service lines to include alarm services. We have had many questions from clients about the difference between Malfy and these companies. First and foremost - many of these companies are NOT licensed in the state of MA to provide nor install alarm services.

MA requires that ALL employees of alarm companies carry a security clearance with the Department of Public Safety, and all Installers must carry a license with the Board of Electricians. The MSCA (Massachusetts Systems Contractors Association) released a letter to consumers to educate them on this issue.
