Precision Spray and Coatings leads the field in Industrial Hard Chrome Plating and Thermal Spray Coating. Originally started in 2010, providing HVOF Coating Services to our customers in Houston, our team works hard to meet our customers' unique project requirements. In 2013 we were granted our chrome permit by the TCEQ for a new location at 16104 East Hardy Road Houston, TX 77032.
Hard Chrome Plating began in 1928 and is still the most popular coating for today's industrial markets. Our state-of-the-art Chrome Plating Department has 10 vertical plating tanks with 5,000 / 20,000, / 30,000 amp rectifiers and the ability to plate 30' length x 48 diameter parts. We use a HEEF hard chrome designed several years ago as a high-speed, etch-free replacement for standard conventional chrome solutions.

This process produces a high-quality, extremely dense coating that allows for excellent wear protection. It takes many variations of powders to achieve the properties our customers require for their coating needs, and our application utilizes industry-leading equipment. We use Tafa JP spray systems, an industry-proven product that offers dependable, repeatable, and reliable spray coatings.
Our machine shop provides in-house Precision OD and ID Grinding, Vertical Honing, Vertical Polishing, Lathe Machining, and Stub Welding. The benefit of having these services in-house means we control cost and lead times. In return, we can provide our customers with a more competitive price and delivery of their assets.
