Lady at the desk seemed nice but they want to extra stuff without asking then charge you for it. I asked them to check 1 tire. The tire they sold me a couple days before because my car developed a shake in the steering that wasn't there before. They said they took off all 4 tires and rebalanced them. They did this because they knew they couldn't charge me to check thier own work. I won't recommend them.

Went to have a nail hole in my tire fixed on Friday, 10/22/2021. Dropped off the tire and returned at the end of the day to have it reinstalled. Headed home and near Woodway/Hewitt, my tire pressure light turned on. I stopped driving within 1 mile. By then the tire was completely flat. Roadside service came and put my donut tire on. This morning, 10/25/2021, I dropped off my tire to have it re-repaired. Just left after being told that the tire “was no good”. The tire was good on Friday. “Looks like you drove on it flat, see the sidewall here.” I absolutely know better than to drive on a

Had to drive out here cause the truck driver was told y'all weren't open but someone was doing tire work next to the big rig! We were told to move because he had tire work to do 😂 ya ok! Oh well I made good money on that call! Mount customer furnished tire done in under 30 mins Heart Of Texas Tire LLC

Great experience with my first visit. They were friendly, helpful, and professional. Tires I needed and wanted weren't in stock but without hesitation they were ordered and I could have them installed upon arrival. Not only tires but other types of auto repairs as well: oil change, hoses, vehicle inspection
