I was moving and my tv stand pushed into my hand crushing my ring into my finger and bent my ring horribly. (A trip to the ER to get it removed worthy). My ring has my twin daughters ashes in it, so it is very sentimental to me. I was a crying mess when I contacted Champions and asked if they would repair it the next morning. They told me to bring it in and they’d see what they could do. Within a few minutes after dropping my ring off they called me and said it was ready. When I went to pay they said the repair was free of charge. Before I enlisted into the Army I worked for a jewelry store

I am getting a ring customized by them and let just tell you they close whenever they want! I have been there 4 times within the past month and they are closed! They have changed their hours to where they’re only open from 10-2 so 4 hours. I called from work saying the past 3 times I have stopped by y’all have been closed. Now I see y’all have changed hours.. we talk a min about my ring and he says he will talk to the jeweler tomorrow and give me a call! I did not receive a call.. When is a normal working person going to be able to make it, in between those hours.. today is MLK

I just want to say, I was blown away with the level of professionalism I received yesterday. I was there for a 3 dollar watch pin. I truly feel that Priscila Flores-Rodriguez and the other staff go above and beyond. I look forward to doing business in the future. Thank you it was such a pleasant experience.
